What the Program Teaches
The Medical Assistant program is designed to teach you basic administrative and clinical skills that you can use to perform front- and back-office duties in healthcare institutions. That in mind, most of the courses in this program are structured to bring your attention to both the administrative and clinical aspects of a Medical Assistant career.
Courses

C300 – Your duties as a Medical Assistant will vary depending on where you work, but chances are you’ll prepare patients for exams by recording their medical histories and vital signs, after which you’ll help the doctor perform the exams.
